Lam and Henry are recognized for DEI efforts

Congratulations to Lam and Henry who were just recognized by the MCDB committee for Diversity and Professional Climate for their efforts to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion! In addition to his involvement with the committee, Henry also co-organizes the MCDB equity discussion group.

Lam is heavily involved in diversity and outreach programs at Yale. In addition to being an excellent microbiologist, he is Co-Chair of the Science Cafe outreach program in New Haven,  secretary for the Yale SACNAS chapter, and a member of the MCDB DEI comittee and the Wusai Institutde student/postdoc committee.
